QA Team Lead

Job Description:

We are hiring a QA Team Lead to guide and manage the quality assurance process across multiple

products and environments. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader with experience in both

manual and automated testing, who can implement robust QA strategies and lead a high-performing

team. This role includes responsibility for testing blockchain systems, smart contracts, backend

infrastructures, and end-user applications, ensuring product excellence from development through

deployment.

Job Requirements:

● 3+ years of experience leading QA teams – mandatory.

● Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, and quality processes – mandatory.

● Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).

● Experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger) and performance tools (JMeter, Locust).

● Familiarity with CI/CD environments and version control tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, GitLab).

● High-level English (spoken and written) – mandatory.

● Excellent leadership, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

● Lead, mentor, and support a team of manual and automation QA engineers.

● Build and maintain QA processes and best practices across the organization.

● Manage end-to-end testing processes: functional, regression, performance, and security.

● Define test strategies for blockchain components, including smart contract validation.

● Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to align quality efforts.

● Track bugs, manage test documentation, and report quality KPIs.

● Ensure timely, high-quality product releases across multiple environments.
