Product Manager - Automotive

A leading and well-established automotive importer is looking for a dynamic and driven Product Manager to take on a central and strategic role, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a unique opportunity to influence the company’s growth and market presence while managing both strategic and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full product lifecycle – from defining internal needs (technical, sales, service) to working closely with international manufacturers, overseeing inventory, and optimizing storage costs.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and build sales forecasts to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, specifications, and commercial terms with manufacturers.
• Collaborate with senior management, sales, and service teams to strengthen market positioning.
• Represent the company in 2–3 international trips per year for meetings and professional conferences (Japan, China, Turkey, etc.).
• Manage marketing budgets provided by manufacturers and translate them into effective go-to-market initiatives.

This is a Full-time, onsite position in Rishon LeZion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Assistant Product Manager in the automotive sector – mandatory.
• Knowledge and understanding of heavy-duty vehicles – strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business Administration – advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and proven experience with forecasting.
• Excellent negotiation and budget management skills.
• High-level English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Independent, proactive, and fast learner with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
