Recruiting Manager

• Managing the company’s recruitment operations – leading all recruitment processes for all roles in the organization (headquarters, field, operations, professional, and managerial positions).
• Managing the recruitment team – coaching, developing, and professionally leading the recruitment staff.
• Building advanced recruitment infrastructure – leading sourcing processes, developing new recruitment channels, and utilizing innovative digital tools to identify candidates.
• Working with management and hiring managers – guiding and supporting managers throughout recruitment processes, providing professional consulting, and ensuring a high-quality and efficient hiring process.
• Candidate retention and success metrics – analyzing data, monitoring recruitment effectiveness, and generating ongoing reports for continuous improvement.
• Group recruitment strategy – partnering in shaping and leading cross-organizational processes within the Meir Group in the field of recruitment, including candidate experience, innovation in recruitment, and process standardization.
