Debt and Equity Analyst

We're hiring a Debt & Equity Analyst to join our core investment team at Phoenix Investment House!

What you’ll be doing:

- Conducting deep analysis of public companies in Israel and abroad  

- Meeting regularly with company executives, entrepreneurs, analysts, and investment institutions  

- Working closely with portfolio managers  

- Combining analytical thinking with strong business insight

What we’re looking for:

- 3+ years of experience in investment analysis  

- Strong business understanding and market intuition  

- High-level English and advanced Excel skills  

- Independent thinker with curiosity and attention to market dynamics

Nice to have:

- Relevant academic background (Economics / Accounting / Business Administration)  

- Experience in startups or smaller investment environments
