The Role
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic HR Manager to join our team. This is a critical position with a dual focus: providing hands-on operational leadership while preparing to take on a significant strategic role. We are looking for someone ready to "get on the wheel" and drive the HR function forward.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on initiative. You are someone who is both a leader and a team player. You must possess a high degree of empathy to understand and advocate for employees' needs, coupled with the assertiveness to set clear boundaries and represent the company's interests. We are looking for a pleasant and engaging individual who is also highly focused and can execute plans effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all recruitment processes: from sourcing and screening to onboarding new employees.
- Own the full employee lifecycle (end-to-end): including contract finalization, onboarding, day-to-day employee experience, and offboarding.
- Implement and manage employee retention initiatives: including conducting regular "pulse checks" to ensure employee well-being.
- Oversee day-to-day office management: creating a supportive and organized work environment.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support.
- Design, implement, and oversee core HR processes such as performance reviews, satisfaction surveys, and roundtable discussions.
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring
- 3-4 years of proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for fostering a positive and dynamic workplace culture.
- Ability to handle high-speed, dynamic, changing environments.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy with an ability to quickly learn and master new systems and platforms.
- Fluent in both Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field - advantage.
- Experience in strategic HR and management mentoring- a significant advantage.
