The Role

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic HR Manager to join our team. This is a critical position with a dual focus: providing hands-on operational leadership while preparing to take on a significant strategic role. We are looking for someone ready to "get on the wheel" and drive the HR function forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all recruitment processes: from sourcing and screening to onboarding new employees.
• Own the full employee lifecycle (end-to-end): including contract finalization, onboarding, day-to-day employee experience, and offboarding.
• Implement and manage employee retention initiatives: including conducting regular "pulse checks" to ensure employee well-being.
• Oversee day-to-day office management: creating a supportive and organized work environment.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support.
• Design, implement, and oversee core HR processes such as performance reviews, satisfaction surveys, and roundtable discussions.

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring

• 3-4 years of proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for fostering a positive and dynamic workplace culture.
• Ability to handle high-speed, dynamic, changing environments.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy with an ability to quickly learn and master new systems and platforms.
• Fluent in both Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field - advantage.
• Experience in strategic HR and management mentoring- a significant advantage.
