About the role:

Leading business processes for the development of products in the evolving world of payments, both internally and in collaboration with strategic business partners.

• Full ownership of product and service development processes in the advanced payments domain, from ideation to go-live
• Needs analysis, scoping, roadmap planning, KPI definition, and structured work planning (Gantt)
• Leading discussions with existing and potential business partners to establish and strengthen strategic collaborations based on new products
• Competitive landscape analysis, monitoring local and global trends, and benchmarking against leading international products

Requirements:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree – mandatory
• At least one year of experience in product management or project management – mandatory
• Experience working with business partners
• Experience in large organizations and in leading cross-functional initiatives – an advantage
• Experience in the financial sector (payments, credit) – an advantage
• Creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and strong motivation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with structured and prioritized work plans
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong logical and analytical thinking for complex problem solving
• Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint)
