Senior Technical Product Manager - Platform

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager - Platform to shape the future of Elementor’s core platform, used by millions of web creators worldwide. This role is about driving platform strategy and execution at a global scale, with strong potential for growth into broader leadership in the future.

As Senior Product Manager - Platform, you’ll own the platform and data domain, focusing on foundational infrastructure, internal tooling, data, and extensibility that power our entire product ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with R&D, Data, and other business teams to deliver scalable, high-impact capabilities. Above all, this role requires a deeply technical and data-driven mindset, leveraging insights to guide strategy, track performance, and iterate with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Product Execution: Drive end-to-end delivery of platform initiatives, from concept to launch, with clear goals, smart prioritization, and high-quality outcomes.
• Platform Ownership: Define and own the platform roadmap. Partner with engineering to build the right foundations, capabilities, and APIs that power internal and external products.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Data, and other departments to ensure cohesive execution and value delivery.
• Operational Excellence: Deep understanding of the product lifecycle, UX, and modern product management practices. Ensure timely, high-quality delivery across the product lifecycle.
• Scalability: Design and evolve product processes that support rapid scaling without compromising speed or focus.
• Innovation & Impact: Champion the development of new platform capabilities and data-driven features that deliver long-term value at scale.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Rely on data, experimentation, and insights to guide prioritization, validate solutions, and continuously improve performance.

Requirements

• Product Expertise: 7+ years of hands-on experience in product management, including strong proficiency in product strategy, UX, and market analysis. Experience in platform product management is a must.
• Technical Acumen: Proven track record working on complex, highly technical platforms. Ability to dive deep into infrastructure, APIs, and data capabilities.
• Problem-Solving Attitude: Demonstrated ability to tackle challenges with a proactive "I can move a mountain" approach.
• Lifecycle Mastery: Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and best practices.
• Growth Potential: Ambition and ability to grow into broader leadership responsibilities over time.
