Senior Backend Engineer

We are building a purpose-driven digital marketplace that helps people find the homes, cars, and services they truly need — faster, smarter, and more intuitively. We're seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our team.

What you’ll do:

Design, develop, and maintain complex and scalable backend systems.

Build and expose high-performance and reliable APIs.

Work with event-driven architectures using RabbitMQ for distributed processes.

Design and optimize queries and data architecture in PostgreSQL.

Work with large-scale data, identify bottlenecks, and design smart algorithmic solutions.

Collaborate closely with Frontend, Data, and Product teams to translate business needs into robust technical architecture.

Write clean, secure, OOP-based code, following best practices and security standards.

What we’re looking for:

7+ years of experience in backend development in complex production environments.

Strong expertise in .NET Core (C#) and Entity Framework.

Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ and event-driven architectures.

Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design, complex queries, and performance optimization.

Strong understanding of problem-solving and algorithmic complexity (Big O, data structures, scalability).

Experience working with distributed systems and cloud infrastructures – a plus.

Ability to work independently while thriving in cross-functional teams.

System-level thinking, creativity, and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.
