Join a team committed to inspiring creativity and spreading joy as a Content Moderator! In this role, you’ll ensure a positive customer experience by addressing queries and moderating user-generated content.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing various types of content (videos, images, text, and audio) to ensure compliance with established processes and policies.
- Handling customer inquiries related to Trust & Safety matters, including abuse reports and appeals.
- Collaborating with ByteDance’s internal teams to ensure the safety of both users and the brand.
- Providing services in a rotating 24/7 shift schedule.
- Fluency in both Hebrew and English.
- Must have an EU passport or Portuguese work permit.
- A passion for watching videos.
