Marketing Communications Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that will elevate our brand and product visibility. This role requires someone with a proven track record in creating impactful marketing content and managing communications strategies that drive business results. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of marketing communications efforts across various channels and work closely with cross-functional teams to support the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communications strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand recognition.
Lead the production of high-quality content for multiple platforms, including social media, email newsletters, blogs, and more.
Collaborate closely with product, sales, and executive teams to create compelling sales enablement materials and other content.
Manage public relations efforts, including crafting press releases, building relationships with media outlets, and securing coverage.
Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns and events, ensuring successful execution and measurable results.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and optimize performance.
Oversee brand consistency in all marketing communications, ensuring alignment with company style guidelines.
Manage the marketing communications budget and ensure a high return on investment.
Stay up to date on industry trends and innovations, making recommendations to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, or a similar role preferably within a high-growth or startup environment.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills, with a focus on storytelling and brand messaging.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Full proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Power Point and Excel
Experience managing public relations efforts and working with media outlets.
Proficient in using marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Mailchimp) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Strong analytical skills to measure performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Figma is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of detail.
Experience working with ChatGPT - a plus.
