The Position
We are looking for a hands-on Warranty Engineer to join our new international team in Jerusalem. The position involves performing activities related to the warranty of the brand-new tramways, including fault finding, maintenance, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate should have a broad technical background, experience in identifying malfunctions, and the ability to provide solutions for improving complex systems.

The Warranty Engineer will be responsible for researching defects, diagnosing issues, and providing technical information about the findings. This role requires writing reports, consulting with the Warranty Manager on technical analyses, and implementing the identified solutions. The candidate will manage a team of Warranty Technicians and ensure that all problems, both existing and potential, are resolved in a timely manner through accurate communication.

The candidate will follow all relevant work instructions, guidelines, customer-specific requests, and company policies and procedures. The position reports directly to the Warranty Manager.

The Candidate
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in after-sales or industrial maintenance. Experience in the railway sector is an advantage, though candidates with a background in industrial, maritime, or aviation sectors are also welcome to apply.
• Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of machinery, including electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
• Solid knowledge of maintenance processes and warranty experience.
• Organized, detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work under pressure.
• Eager to learn and solve technical challenges.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
