We care about the people we work with; we want our team members to grow and develop professionally, to find their job rewarding and intellectually stimulating, and of course - to have fun and feel that they are part of the Percepto family.ResponsibilitiesAs a drone operator at Percepto, you will:Participate in Percepto's drone production process, contributing to the development of next-generation autonomous drone systemsConduct field testing and operational tests of our drone systems, ensuring high performance standardsLead hardware testing and produce documentation reportsWork both independently and collaboratively with various teams to ensure the success of projectsManage the ATP process during production, including failure tracking, data analysis and operation monitoring across various departments in the companyConduct system maintenance and operation of Percepto’s systems at clients sitesEnsure flight testing equipment readiness, operations and safetyEnsure compliance with local aviation regulationsRequirements1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing company with hands-on technological position - a MustProven record with operating drones - a MustFamiliarity with the drone industry - an AdvantageFamiliarity with technology and strong hardware-related technical skills, including troubleshooting and repairFamiliarity with PixHawk flight controller - an AdvantageExperience with log reading and analysis - an AdvantageCapability to lead technical and hardware investigationsLicensed CAAI drone operator – an AdvantageAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with various missions and tasks under field conditionsAbility to self-learn in a highly dynamic and ambitious work environmentStrong communication skills in English – written, verbal, presentation.
