We are hiring a CRM Dynamics 365 Architect to join a public organization located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in UCI, On-Premises, and Cloud environments
-Develop and automate business processes using Power Automate, Plugins, Workflows, and APIs
-Lead the architecture and deployment of CRM systems tailored to organizational needs
-Provide technical guidance and best practices for CRM implementation and integration
-Support and improve existing CRM solutions to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a CRM Architect
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM in UCI, On-Premises, and Cloud environments
- Experience working with development and automation tools: Power Automate, Plugins, Workflows, and APIs
- Experience working with project management teams, analysts, and developers
- Experience implementing CRM solutions in large or governmental organizations – an advantage
