Our stack blends Node.js, React, modern databases, and LLM-powered services to create AI agents that solve real player issues with empathy and compliance. We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who can be a core contributor — someone equally strong in polishing frontends and delivering robust backend functionality end-to-end.

The Role:

This role is for a builder who thrives on taking features from concept to production. You’ll create smooth, high-quality user experiences in React while also ensuring the Node.js backends and databases that power them are solid, secure, and scalable. You’ll integrate LLM-based workflows, mentor peers in code reviews, and raise the overall engineering bar.

What You’ll Do:

• Frontend Excellence: Build highly usable, polished UIs in React/Next.js, ensuring smooth interactions and a professional look-and-feel.
• Backend Depth: Design and implement secure, reliable APIs and services in Node.js, with robust database integrations (SQL + NoSQL).
• Deliver end-to-end functionality: from UI to backend to database to deployment.
• Integrate and optimize LLM-based services and AI workflows into the core product.
• Peer-review code, mentor mid-level engineers, and drive best practices in both frontend and backend development.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to turn requirements into scalable, production-ready features.
• Own features across the lifecycle: design → code → test → deploy → monitor.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack product engineering.
• Strong, proven skills in React/Next.js — with a portfolio or track record of building smooth, polished user interfaces.
• Deep backend expertise with Node.js and API design, plus experience in relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs or AI/ML-driven systems is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps and cloud (CI/CD, Docker, cloud hosting).
• A strong eye for detail in the frontend, and a disciplined approach to backend architecture.
• Track record of owning features end-to-end in production SaaS environments.
• Based in Israel (Tel Aviv or Haifa area), with ability to work hybrid.
