About the Role

We are looking for an Attorney to join our professional Mergers & Acquisitions team – a unique opportunity to gain exposure to major transactions in the Israeli market and work at the heart of the high-tech and finance ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support in M&A transactions and regulatory tax arrangements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements and documents.
• Work closely with clients, investors, and internal & external stakeholders.
• Collaborate daily with leading law firms and accounting firms.
• Gain hands-on experience in tax, regulatory, and compliance matters.

Qualifications:

• Law degree and valid attorney license.
• Up to 2 years of experience as an attorney.
• Significant advantage: background in high-tech, tort law, or commercial law.
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written).
• Business-oriented mindset, strong service orientation, responsibility, and quick learning ability.

• Quick learner with business insight.
• Independent, multitasks well.
