We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Board App team, the team responsible for the core board application experience, the central place where millions of users build, visualize, and collaborate on their work every day. This is a unique opportunity to shape the way users manage their workflows, balance simplicity with flexibility, and push the board experience forward with innovative features. You’ll play a key role in evolving the board into a more personalized and productive workspace, including AI-powered customization that helps every team work in the way that suits them best.

• Drive the vision and roadmap for the Board App layer, focusing on views, visualization, orchestration, personalization, and collaboration inside boards.
• Execute with excellence: Translate strategy into clear priorities, manage trade-offs, and deliver high-quality product increments quickly, while iterating based on feedback.
• Stay close to users: Engage directly with customers and analyze feedback to uncover pain points in how they build, view, and manage their boards, turning insights into impactful solutions.
• Streamline user workflows by improving how teams create, manage, and interact with board views (for example, pinning, grouping, sorting, permissions, managed views).
• Leverage AI thoughtfully to make complex actions simple, intuitive, and adaptive to user needs.
• Collaborate across teams (design, engineering, platform, and AI) to deliver scalable, performant, and delightful user experiences.
• Own measurable impact: Define success with clear metrics around productivity gains, adoption, and user sentiment, not just feature delivery.

#LI-DNI 

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in senior-level or lead roles.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful product experiences in collaboration, productivity, or SaaS applications.
• Strong UX instincts and the ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive interactions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to align cross-functional teams around a clear strategy.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-scale B2B SaaS environments, enterprise and AI-powered product experience is a plus.
• Hands-on, data-driven, and customer-obsessed, you thrive on connecting insights to outcomes.
• Flexible, full-ownership mindset with a can-do approach, comfortable thriving in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
