Position Overview

We are recruiting a Chief Organisational Strategy Partner to join the founding executive team of an international oil & gas venture. This role carries primary responsibility for establishing the company’s organisational architecture, governance frameworks, and strategic alignment across all functions. Working directly with the ownership group and senior leadership, the position offers a mandate to design, implement, and oversee the structures required for sustainable international growth.

Key Accountabilities
• Define and implement the company’s organisational model, governance standards, and reporting structures, ensuring scalability and compliance with international best practices.
• Serve as a principal strategic advisor to the ownership and executive team on organisational design, corporate development, and long-term capability building.
• Lead enterprise-level transformation initiatives, embedding resilience, performance discipline, and cultural alignment across the organisation.
• Ensure cross-functional integration and stakeholder alignment to support execution of the corporate strategy and international expansion.

• Strong executive presence; experienced in direct interaction with boards, ownership, and senior stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial orientation combined with the discipline of major corporate standards.
