Innovation & Learning Specialist

Are you enthusiastic, people-oriented, and passionate about education and technology? We’re looking for a Cyber Center Specialist to join our team and help create inspiring, meaningful experiences for visitors at Check Point’s Cyber Center.

In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to raise awareness of the cybersecurity world. You will lead interactive, hands-on tours for a wide range of audiences—including students, soldiers, and university groups—bringing the story of cyber innovation to life.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver engaging, high-impact tours at Check Point’s Cyber Center for educational and public groups.
• Contribute to Check Point’s internal donations committee, driving social impact initiatives and community engagement.
• Manage all aspects of Cyber Center operations, including monthly planning (Gantt), visitor engagement, internal coordination, and post-tour feedback.
• Respond to tour requests, adapt content to each audience, and ensure smooth logistics and execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and educational institutions to ensure the success of tours and broader Cyber Center activities.

Your Knowledge & Skills

• Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Experience in coordinating tours or educational programs, ideally in a technical or educational environment.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with current cybersecurity trends and technologies.
