Director of Operations

Sygnia is looking for a senior Director of Operations to lead the company’s operational planning and execution – a critical leadership role at the core of our business. This position is key to ensuring seamless coordination across Delivery, Business Development, Sales, and Finance. In addition to driving strategy and processes, the role also requires active involvement in the day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead Sygnia’s Operations department and manage its employees. Clarify roles and responsibilities, and establish an ongoing team routine to promote highly efficient operations.
• Identify operational gaps, define solutions, and implement them to ensure smooth business continuity. Plan and implement new processes while enhancing existing ones, leveraging operational management tools to drive efficiency.
• Work closely with Delivery, Business Development, Sales, Finance, and other key stakeholders at Sygnia. Support the needs of these functions and facilitate collaboration, using shared operational processes to ensure alignment.
• Maintain full visibility into employee allocation across proactive and incident response engagements. Translate data into actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Implement SLAs, KPIs, and escalation protocols to define, measure, and promote operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Present operational reports and strategic recommendations for a variety of audiences, including the executive leadership team.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in operations, program management, or strategic execution at consulting or technology companies.
• Deep understanding of implementing operational processes and models, including the design of SLAs and KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Outstanding analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to perform under pressure and navigate complexity.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Proficiency with operational tools such as NetSuite, HubSpot, BI platforms, and Monday, including experience designing and managing operational dashboards.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, while managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts, principles, and frameworks.
