Product Coordinator

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Coordinator with strong UI/UX skills to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into wireframes, structuring requirements, and ensuring smooth execution across teams.

Our product is a unique fusion of analog timekeeping and digital animations, blending design with technology. Every feature you help coordinate will present exciting UI/UX challenges and creative opportunities.

This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product development while applying your design skills and building project management expertise.

Note: This is a full-time, on-site, entry-level position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and refine wireframes to visualize user flows and UI concepts

• Translate product ideas and discussions into clear, structured documentation and task lists

• Summarize product requirements provided by the CEO and iterate them into actionable tasks for engineers and designers

• Support alignment and communication between the CEO, design, and R&D teams by acting as the main point of coordination

• Track task progress and ensure requirements are clearly understood and met

• Keep product specifications organized and up to date throughout the development lifecycle

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in product coordination, UI/UX design, or project management

• Strong UI/UX design skills, with experience in wireframing, user flow creation, and prototyping

• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)

• Solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to keep multiple workstreams on track

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment

• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with both creative and technical team members
