As we continue scaling, we’re looking for a Video Editor who lives and breathes UGC + AI workflows—turning raw content into ads that millions of men will see every day.

📌 Full-Time, In-Office Role | Tel Aviv District HQ

No remote option. Must be based locally and available on-site.

🔧 What You’ll Do

⚡ Create 10–15 Videos Weekly

Work in rapid cycles—tackling, iterating, and testing creative variations to find winning ads.

🎥 Edit UGC + Direct Response Ads

Transform testimonials, influencer clips, and product footage into scroll-stopping performance videos optimized for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

🤖 AI Video Editing & Innovation

Leverage platforms like Runway Gen-3, Pika Labs, Sora, Adobe Firefly Video, and Google Gemini Veo 3 to accelerate ideation, production, and iteration.

📈 Performance-Driven Iteration

Cut multiple hooks and variations per concept, designed for A/B testing and fast scaling.

🎨 Motion Graphics & Finishing Touches

From captions and split-screens to transitions, color grading, and sound design—you own the final polish.

🤝 Collaborate in a Fast-Moving Creative Team

Work hand-in-hand with producers, designers, and growth leads who thrive on bold creative and speed.

✅ What You Bring

• 1–2 years of hands-on video editing (UGC/performance ads a big plus)
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro + After Effects
• Strong skills in motion design, compositing, sound design, and color correction
• Experience using AI tools to generate, edit, or enhance video content
• Great instincts for storytelling, pacing, and thumb-stopping hooks
• Fluent English for subtitle timing, VO syncing, and copy accuracy
• Comfort working in a fast, high-volume, test-and-learn environment

🎁 Bonus Points If You…

• Can storyboard/script quick ad concepts
• Have experience with eComm performance ads that show measurable ROI
• Bring design/photography chops to enrich UGC content
