This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Manager located in Israel. The Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, managing project schedules, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and maintaining quality control. The Site Manager will also be responsible for supervising site staff, liaising with clients, and resolving any issues that may arise during the project.

• Project Management, Planning, and Scheduling experience
• Knowledge of Construction Processes, Building Codes, and Safety Regulations
• Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills
• Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Problem-solving and Decision-making Abilities
• Proficiency in Construction Management Software
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the real estate, land development, power and energy, or oil and gas sectors is a plus
• Fluency in Hebrew and English is an advantage
