Real Estate Project Analyst

Check Point is rapidly expanding and is looking for a Real Estate Project Analyst to join our team in a dynamic and challenging role.

As a Real Estate Project Analyst at one of the world’s largest cyber companies, you will be at the heart of strategic decision-making in your business area, providing insights and analysis that drive key initiatives.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Analyze, optimize, and build business models for products, pricing, promotions, competitor trends, activities, KPIs, and business units to support strategic decisions.
• Define performance metrics; build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to track performance.
• Generate insights that go beyond the numbers to influence, support, and execute strategic business decisions.
• Develop budget plans, bookings forecasts, and targets for relevant departments and business areas.
• Communicate key metrics and insights clearly and effectively to partners and stakeholders.

Your Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field from a leading university.
• 2–3 years of experience in real estate analytics and financing.
• Strong analytical, data mining, and modeling skills.
• Proven ability to execute, initiate projects, and manage them end-to-end.
• Process-oriented, well-organized, and an autonomous learner.
• Advanced skills in Excel and MS Office.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
