Co-Founder & CTO (Equity-Based – Pre-Seed Stage)

I'm an experienced founder and a business & operations executive, relaunching a promising B2B SaaS startup.

The company was previously bootstrapped, reached initial paying customers, secured partnerships with large global enterprises, and received strong validation from both the market and senior industry leaders.

Due to significant market disruptions at the time (COVID), the company was paused.

Now, with new AI tools, a full bounce-back of the industry, a wealth of insights and materials from the previous run, and strong founder experience, I'm relaunching the company and looking for a CTO & Co-Founder to join me in this next chapter.

The product is industry-agnostic and delivers significant value to organizations of all sizes – helping them increase revenue, reduce expenses, shorten operations from months to weeks (and even days), and make smarter, data-driven decisions.

The opportunity is substantial: the market is huge and underserved, the need is clear, and the product has multiple potential revenue streams.

The product

A scalable SaaS platform that combines:

• Exceptional UX
• Large-scale data handling
• AI-driven logic
• Robust APIs
• Web scraping capabilities

You should possess a strong understanding of and orientation toward building platforms of this nature.

You’ll be expected to work hands-on in the early stages, make key architectural decisions, and help shape the product and tech vision together with me.
