Crypto Trading & Operations Specialist

Proxibit is a leading firm specializing in the trading, custody, and management of digital assets for private and corporate clients.

We are looking for a meticulous and responsible candidate with a passion for the crypto space and exceptional operational and service skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute trades and monitor daily market activity.
• Manage client accounts, including deposits, withdrawals, and data maintenance.
• Utilize Excel for operational control, reporting, and analysis.
• Provide exceptional customer support and resolve client inquiries in real-time.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in crypto trading or operations – a must.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP) – a must.
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong service orientation, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.
• Bachelor's degree – an advantage.
• Experience with automation or AI tools – a strong advantage.

Full-time position at our offices in Tel Aviv.
