Unilever Israel is looking for a strategic and passionate Organizational Learning & Development Manager to lead the learning, training, and organizational development domain. This is a high-impact role that shapes our company culture, develops our talent, and drives key organizational processes.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the design and implementation of learning and training programs aligned with global and local strategies.
Foster a learning-oriented, agile, and data-driven organizational culture.
Manage the annual learning & development budget.
Drive annual processes such as performance evaluations, talent development, organizational surveys, and capability building.
Partner with managers to analyze data, generate insights, and support strategic HR initiatives.
Collaborate with global and local stakeholders, including external vendors.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree – an advantage).
Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational learning & development.
Proven experience in designing training programs, managing budgets, and leading annual HR processes.
Strong digital orientation and data literacy – systems, reports, and analytics.
Experience in a global corporate environment – a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
