Implementation Specialist & Integration Expert

We are seeking an experienced Implementer & Integration Specialist to join our team.

This role focuses on implementing and deploying Marketing Automation systems, while also developing and supporting integrations with additional enterprise systems.

The position combines requirement gathering, system implementation, hands-on process building and testing, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to clients and users in a dynamic, data-driven, and technology-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and deploy Marketing Automation / Campaign Management systems in large organizations.
• Document business and technical requirements, write specifications, and maintain process documentation.
• Develop and support integrations with enterprise systems (Web, CRM, DWH, BI).
• Build, configure, and test system processes, including customization and adjustments.
• Troubleshoot issues, analyze data using SQL, and provide solutions in collaboration with development and operations teams.
• Perform hands-on system work: interface setup, customization, testing, and debugging.
• Collaborate with business units (Marketing, Service, Digital, Data) as well as IT and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• Relevant academic degree (Information Systems / Industrial Engineering & Management / Software Engineering / Computer Science).
• 3+ years of experience in implementing and deploying information systems or software solutions in large organizations.
• Hands-on experience with BI / MA / CRM systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, working with various databases).
• Proven experience with APIs (REST/JSON, SOAP, Web Services).
• Experience with ETL processes and integration tools (e.g., Talend, SSIS).
• Experience working in Linux/Unix environments, including scripting.
• Strong technical orientation, self-learning ability, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and translate it into practical implementation.
• High service orientation and ability to work with users, customers, and technology partners.
