Backend Tech Lead

Job Responsibilities:

● Lead the design, architecture, and development of key platform component.

● Collaborate with product managers, developers, and data teams to deliver scalable, high-quality features

● Be a technical mentor for the team – lead by example, review code, and drive best practices

● Own the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals

● Investigate and implement new technologies to improve system performance and reliability

● Work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a real impact on millions of users

Job Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

● 5+ years of hands-on development experience (Node.js / Python / Java – depending on stack)

● Experience with large-scale data processing, APIs, and web-based platforms

● Passion for clean code, performance optimization, and scalable systems

● Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality
