Director of CRM Systems

We are seeking a hands-on Director of CRM Systems with a strong technical background in CRM development and implementation. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the technological development, customization, and integration of CRM systems, while ensuring seamless operation across the organization. The focus is on building, optimizing, and evolving the CRM platform to support business growth and efficiency, while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, customization, and integration of the company’s CRM system (including workflows, automations, and data structures).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into CRM solutions.
• Manage technical projects, including CRM upgrades, system migrations, and third-party integrations.
• Oversee ERP connections with the CRM to ensure smooth data flow and process efficiency.
• Work closely with external vendors and development partners to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure system stability, performance, and user adoption through training, documentation, and technical support.
• Explore and implement new CRM-related technologies, including AI-driven tools and automation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CRM system development and implementation (Dynamics, Salesforce, Priority, or equivalent) – must.
• Strong technical background, including system integrations, workflows, and process automation.
• Experience in managing IT/CRM projects in mid-sized or large organizations.
• Familiarity with ERP and BI system integrations.
• Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall).
• Advantage: exposure to AI-driven CRM solutions and automation platforms.
