Head of Human Resources Division- 3544

A leading academic institution in the center district of Israel, is seeking a Head of Human Resources Division.

This is a senior management position with strategic interfaces and a seat on the HR leadership team of the organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing all HR services for the institution’s departments and divisions.
• Managing and empowering a team of 4 HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and 3 HR Coordinators, while providing professional HR services to approximately 3,000 managers and employees.
• Strengthening strategic partnerships and building effective working interfaces with unit managers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required (Master’s degree an advantage) in relevant fields such as: Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, Labor Studies, Organizational Consulting, Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management, or another relevant field.
• At least 5 years of proven senior HR management experience in large organizations (advantage for organizations with over 1000 employees).
• Experience in HR management in public sector organizations, including working with labor unions and handling diverse employment structures (collective agreements, rank-based systems, personal contracts, etc.).
• Proven managerial experience, including managing a team of managers.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Israeli labor laws.
