The Role

We are opening a unique opportunity for two outstanding students to join us as Management Trainees in a long-term internship (1–2 days per week). This is not a typical internship — it’s designed as the first step in a future managerial path at AVT.

In this role, you will:

• Work across multiple departments (e.g., R&D, Operations, Marketing, Sales, HR, Quality).
• Support teams in closing gaps, solving problems, and pushing projects forward.
• Learn our products, processes, and the broader industry from the inside out.
• Gain hands-on experience in both operational and strategic tasks.
• Be mentored directly by managers and the CEO to prepare for future leadership roles.

Who We’re Looking For

• Mechanics/ Industrial/ Aeronautics/ Civil Engineering students in their 3rd year of studies or above
• Previous managerial experience is a big plus.
• Fast learners with curiosity and drive to understand how a company works.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly, juggle multiple priorities, and work with diverse teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
