About the job

Great opportunity to join a fast-growing private investment fund. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and tax data. The candidate will also be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

Responsibilities

Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, tax reports in Israel and abroad

Involvement in the day-to-day operations of the investments

Financial planning: budgets, managerial projections, cash flow, forecasts

Main interfaces – our investment team, bookkeeping, auditors, regulators, legal advisors and tax consultants, banks, investors, portfolio companies

Controller will be reporting directly to the CFO

Qualifications

Knowledge of IFRS, US and Israeli GAAP

Experience in the preparation of financial and statutory statements

B.A. in Accounting

Post Big4 internship

Prior experience in investment funds audits

Prior experience as a controller in investment funds – an advantage

Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken); High level of English (written and spoken)

High proficiency in Excel
