Supply Chain Manager

The candidate’s prime responsibility is to oversee the company's supply chain and logistics strategy to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. In addition, to develop and maintain excellent relationships with vendors.

In this position you will be asked to:

· Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy, including determining key supply chain KPI’s, and process continuous improvement

· Manage company’s inventory and warehouses

· Manage the supply chain team including their professional development

· Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner

· Work with finance, sales, marketing, engineering and manufacturing teams to source adequate vendors

· Build and develop relationships with key suppliers and customers

· Review quotations, order materials and services as negotiated and appropriately approved

· Lead ERP developments, manage production work orders and support US customer support team

· Prepare, approve and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions

· Maintain supply chain files and track purchasing activity and suppliers’ annual evaluation

A successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

· At least 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years of managerial experience, in purchasing and inventory management from a medical device production company – a must

· Experience in working with Priority – a must.

· Ability to work according to high quality standards.

· Excellent collaboration and communication skills

· Multi-Tasking, Organized and Hands On

· Excellent English language skills (verbal and writing)
