About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead a team of 4 Product Managers in the network security domain, with a strong focus on DDoS protection, application security, and advanced network defense.
The role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic product management, guiding the team on both business and technology fronts.
1 day per week can be worked from home.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Product Managers.
- Drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution in the network security and DDoS protection space.
- Act as a technological leader – not only people management, but also guiding product vision with deep technical knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Marketing, Threat Intelligence) to define requirements and deliver market-leading solutions.
- Work closely with customers, analysts, and industry events to strengthen market positioning.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Product Managers (not just products).
- Strong background in network security, including:
- DDoS mitigation
- Network protocols (Layer 3/Layer 4)
- DNS, Web, AV/OB, AppSec
- Deep understanding of how networks and attacks work – attacker mindset and defensive preparation.
- Experience in application security, security markets, and threat landscapes.
- Hands-on exposure to cloud-based security solutions (AppSec, SOAR, NDR, Anti-DDoS, etc.) – advantage.
- Agile product management experience.
- Ability to lead both strategically and technically.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Special Requirement
Candidates must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of DDoS domains.
