Business Unit Manager – Social Media & AI

Now, we’re looking for a Business Unit Manager to take full ownership of our Social Media operation as an independent business unit – driving people, clients, profitability, and innovation.

What will you be doing?

• Lead and manage a full Social Media business unit – strategy, P&L responsibility, and growth.
• Manage and empower a team of 10 social media professionals – foster a winning culture and drive performance excellence.
• Implement and optimize business processes using AI tools and cutting-edge technologies to gain a competitive edge.
• Lead and nurture SMB client partnerships – driving performance, growth, and tangible business results.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to maximize value and results.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing a business unit or team, with direct P&L responsibility.
• Strong background in social media advertising (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more), preferably from an agency environment.
• Passion for AI and innovation, with the ability to turn technology into daily business impact.
• Leadership skills – the ability to inspire, develop, and elevate people.
• A sharp business mindset, strategic thinking, and the drive to succeed.
