Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Product Manager at Pick-HR, located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with some work from home acceptable. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. Day-to-day tasks include market research, defining product vision, creating product roadmaps, working closely with cross-functional teams, and prioritizing product features based on customer needs and business goals. The role also includes monitoring product progress, conducting user testing, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product lifecycle management, and product strategy
• Strong analytical skills, market research, and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Technical background or understanding, experience with software development methodologies
• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote work dynamics
• Experience in the retail tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
