Role Overview
We are seeking a people-oriented individual to join our team as a Community Manager and Sales Representative.
This hybrid role combines responsibilities in community management, customer success, and sales. You will play a key part in attracting new members while also ensuring that our current members enjoy a supportive, connected, and dynamic workspace.
This on-site role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. You'll report to the Head of Sales and Head of Community Managers, while also taking initiative and ownership of your daily responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Sales & Client Relations
- Respond to new client inquiries and schedule tours
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions (budget, timeline, services)
- Support CRM tracking and sales follow-up (Salesforce knowledge is a plus)
Community Management
- Support a positive and engaging environment for members
- Organize events and activities that build community and networking opportunities
- Onboard new members and offboard departing ones professionally
- Mediat between company and members
- Ensure the space is functional, welcoming, and aligned with brand standards
- Assist with office administration and daily logistics
- Coordinate space setup and design-related needs
- Handle member inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Job requirement
- Previous experience in sales and customer service
- Previous experience in a similar community management or administrative role
- Fluent in Hebrew and English – must
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills – must
- Comfortable using computers and basic office software (Salesforce experience is an advantage)
- Bachelor's degree – an advantage
- Experience in coworking or real estate – an advantage
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player
