The role
Lead and manage the Operations & Control team, responsible for monitoring and controlling our core business systems (Billing, CRM, ERP, and more). The role includes ensuring service availability, handling incidents, improving processes, and driving automation projects.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a NOC/Control team or IT operations.
- Solid understanding of operational processes and monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to act in real time.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in team leadership or management.
- Background in telecom, communications, or large-scale service environments.
