Controller

Union Liv, an innovative real estate company strategically focusing on the rental housing sector and developing a unique product in this field, is seeking a talented Controller to manage and oversee its financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for the company’s financial activity: accounting, reporting, payments, budget monitoring, tax compliance, and liaison with the external auditor.
• Establish and manage financial information systems to support business and operational needs.
• Develop and implement financial policies and workflows.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and oversee complex financial and business processes.

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• 5+ years of experience in controlling / financial management.
• Experience in the real estate sector – an advantage.
• Strong orientation toward financial information systems.
• full proficiency in English and MS Office.
