Your Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for a curious and driven AI Researcher to join our team focused on advancing the capabilities of AI agents in enterprise environments. This role involves contributing to the development of trustworthy, adaptive agentic systems that integrate language models with structured workflows and policy-aware reasoning. A key focus is on improving reliability and efficiency by reducing dependence on unpredictable LLM behavior and instead leveraging deterministic, verifiable components that support compliance and scalability. You will support research and experimentation around agent robustness, policy adherence, and performance evaluation across diverse use cases. The ideal candidate is passionate about applied AI, comfortable working with both code and data, and eager to collaborate in a fast-paced, research-driven setting.

Your Role And Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate agentic workflows with emphasis on trust, accuracy, and policy compliance
• Develop and implement methods that reduce reliance on stochastic LLM behavior
• Apply hands-on skills in coding, data analysis, and model evaluation
• Contribute to the development of end-to-end systems, from ideation to deployment
• Collaborate on writing and publishing research papers in top-tier venues
  
  

• M.Sc. or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven hands-on experience in Machine Learning and AI
• Strong programming skills and familiarity with modern AI frameworks
• Experience developing and deploying AI systems in real-world settings
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to contribute to technical publications
