Software Architect

A cyber startup company is developing cloud-native systems that enable secure, high-speed enterprise communication.

The company provides a complete enterprise communications solution, bridging the gap between the needs of digital businesses and the costly, slow, and inflexible networks of traditional carriers, through a Cloud-Native Carrier architecture.

The company’s CEO is a recognized entrepreneur with extensive experience in founding technology companies, IPOs, acquisitions, and strategic investments in the startup ecosystem.

Headquartered in Tel Aviv, the company operates in a hybrid model with three days in the office, employs approximately 700 people worldwide (about 400 in Israel), has recently completed a significant funding round, and is on track toward an exit in the coming years.

Role overview-

• Strategic, cross-organizational role reporting directly to the CTO
• Part of a team of three architects
• Broad collaboration with Product, Development, and Executive teams
• End-to-end responsibility for taking ideas from concept to execution
• Defining overall architecture and driving the roadmap in Network Security
• Working with technologies such as Java, C, and Python

Requirements-

• 10 years of experience in design & implementation of complex software systems
• Strong proficiency with microservices and SaaS products, as well as low-level Networking or Security infrastructure.
• Leading large-scale solutions from product definitions to low level design of components and implementation.
• Driving changes in adopting technologies / refactoring / processes / development infrastructure – from envisioning (coming with the agenda) to actual execution of the strategy.
• Excellent analytical, systemic thinking and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
