We are hiring a Product Manager for a government entity in the Central Region.
Responsibilities:
-Lead end-to-end product management for complex digital products, including defining vision, creating roadmaps, product specification, backlog management, and overseeing development cycles
-Navigate and adapt to government processes, culture, and regulatory requirements.
-Manage product lifecycle from ideation through deployment and continuous improvement.
-Align product strategy with organizational goals and user needs.
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in product management
- 3 years of experience managing complex products
- Experience leading complex digital product management, including vision, roadmap, product specification, backlog management, and development support
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives in the public sector or large organizations
- Familiarity with processes, culture, and procedures in a government and regulatory environment
