The Opportunity

Create and maintain internal products that amplify the impact of every team member. Builders use no/low-code and light code, as well as product creation methodologies to give colleagues “superhuman” abilities—working faster, smarter, and most importantly 3x of an impact.

Responsibilities

• Discover & Prioritize: Partner with teams to identify high-impact opportunities where a tool can multiply effectiveness.
• Design & Build: Create mini-products (apps, automations, dashboards, bots, agents) that people will love to use.
• Empower & Educate: Document, train, and enable self-serve so people can fully leverage tools.
• Maintain & Improve: Keep tools reliable, secure, and evolving with needs.
• Governance: Ensure responsible use of data and align with compliance and security.

• A fullstacker’s mind. A product manager’s imagination. A builder’s soul.
• In the last few years, you have been fascinated by the rate of improvement in AI, and couldn’t help but build tools
• Experience with low-code tools (Cursor, Claude code) and light scripting (as part of the interview process, you will present two tools you have built).
• A product mindset—able to scope, design, and ship simple solutions fast.
• Curiosity, creativity, and the drive to make others superhuman
• E2E deployment capabilities (k8s, argocd)
• E2E Fullstack developer & product process (ideation, use case research, backend, frontend, all) → One man Show
• Exceptional communication skills - can do approach that can communicate across all company stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Product)
