An EdTech pioneer and innovator that has been on the cutting edge of online Learning Platform is looking for an outstanding Web QA Hands-On Team Lead to drive the quality strategy for our educational apps.

You’ll define testing standards, lead QA across products, and ensure top-quality releases. Working in an Agile/Scrum setup, you’ll collaborate with Product and Dev teams to deliver smooth, user-friendly learning solutions, while setting QA guidelines, enforcing processes, and leading continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include:

QA Strategy & Execution: Define QA standards, create test plans, and lead manual/automated testing (functional, regression, performance, security, integration) for Web apps.

Automation: Build and maintain frameworks (Playwright, Selenium), integrate with CI (Bitbucket), and mentor team members.

Experience: 5+ years in QA, including 1+ years in team leadership.

Proven track record in manual and automated testing of web/cloud apps.

Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and QA methodologies.

Skilled in testing API-driven and SaaS platforms.

Automation & CI/CD: Proficient in Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.

Strong scripting (JavaScript preferred) and CI/CD integration (Bitbucket Pipelines, etc.).

Hands-on with TestRail, Zephyr, Jira, Xray, Postman, and performance tools like JMeter or k6.

AI Fluency: Comfortable using and an early adopter of AI tools to enhance testing and productivity.

Strong communicator and people leader. Able to mentor teams, drive quality, and work independently in a remote setup.

Remote Collaboration: Effective in distributed teams using tools like Teams, Zoom, Confluence, and Jira.

Bonus: Familiar with AWS, Docker, LTI, SSO integrations, and load testing strategies.
