Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – International Trading Group

Position Overview:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a strategic partner to the Group's owners and executive management, leading the financial operations of a multinational trading group. The CFO will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, tax, investment strategies, and international compliance. This role requires deep expertise in international trade, taxation, and financial leadership within a multi-entity corporate structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the accounting and finance teams across the group’s companies.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in accordance with international standards.
• Develop and execute financial strategies that support the group’s growth and profitability.
• Provide ongoing business and financial advice to the group owners, supporting strategic decisions across all business lines.
• Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management across the group.
• Manage investment planning and evaluation of new business opportunities, acquisitions, and ventures.
• Ensure compliance with international tax regulations and optimize global tax strategies.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel in various jurisdictions.
• Monitor and improve financial controls and operational efficiency across the group’s entities.
• Support the structuring of international transactions and financing arrangements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as CFO or senior finance executive in a multi-company international trading environment.
• Strong knowledge of international taxation, investment structures, and financial regulation.
• Experience managing cross-border accounting operations and leading finance teams.
• Strategic thinking and excellent advisory skills in business planning and risk management.
• High proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and systems, ERP systems , Priority - an advantage
• CPA - Must, MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are an advantage.
• Living in Hasharon Area - An advantage
