Take the lead on exciting NPI projects in the medical device industry - from the first design stages all the way to production. You’ll drive progress, keep things on track, solve problems fast, and make sure every step meets the highest standards.
About the Role:
- Lead NPI projects from design to full production
- Track and solve issues, risks, and needed actions
- Run process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Flag challenges and resource needs early to keep things moving
- Reduce project risks with smart solutions
What We’re Looking For:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical, Biomedical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering
- 8+ years of NPI project experience in the medical device industry
- Hands-on experience with process & equipment validations
- Knowledge of medical quality & regulatory standards – an advantage
- Strong English skills
