We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Red Team Operator to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you will take a leading part in identifying vulnerabilities, simulating advanced cyberattacks, and ensuring the resilience of a global organization’s security posture.

📌 Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced penetration testing and red team operations across networks, systems, and infrastructure.
• Leverage tools and techniques such as phishing, social engineering, physical penetration testing, and custom exploit development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional security teams to provide remediation recommendations.
• Research and adopt the latest attack methods, tools, and threat actor techniques.
• Mentor and provide guidance to team members and other stakeholders.
• Support incident response and crisis management efforts when required.

✅ Requirements

✔️ 3+ years of hands-on experience in red teaming or offensive security roles

✔️ Proven knowledge of hacking methodologies, social engineering, and custom exploit development

✔️ Strong understanding of enterprise environments (Windows, Linux, Mac) and network security protocols

✔️ Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure)

✔️ Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English (must)

✔️ Advantage: German language skills, OT/IoT security expertise
