Claims Operations Handler - Special Risks

The Role

• Manage all administration aspects of the claim and the department.
• Provide advice on a claim coverage and the processes involved, and guide insured on how to proceed with the claim.
• Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim
• Analyses claim circumstances made by insured to satisfy the policy terms and conditions
• Monitor the progress of a claim
• Get advice from external specialists, such as loss adjusters and forensic accountants, on complex cases
• Ensure fair settlement of a valid claim and effective follow up
• Ensure the client is treated fairly and receives excellent service in accordance with WTW reputation.

The Requirements

• Experience in the insurance field - Insurer claims
• Bachelor’s degree - Law
• English language – proficient
• Very Good Communication skills

This role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work to support flexibility
