HR Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The HR Analyst will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across HR functions. This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy in employee data, analyzing workforce trends, and delivering insights that shape HR strategies and programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency with HR systems and reporting tools, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and maintain HR data across HRIS, payroll, and other systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on headcount, attrition, compensation, recruiting, and workforce planning.
• Conduct analyses to identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support annual HR processes, including performance reviews, compensation planning, and talent reviews.
• Provide insights and recommendations to HR Business Partners and leadership to enable data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, audit, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and HRIS teams on projects and process improvements.
• Benchmark HR metrics against industry standards and internal goals.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in HR, HR Analytics, or People Operations
• Strong Excel and HRIS skills; familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• SQL knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with high attention to detail
