Head of Product

Cover is a fast-growing insurtech startup that leverages AI to make insurance accessible, transparent, and easy – for individuals and businesses.

We’re looking for a Head of Product to own and drive the product strategy across the company, lead and grow the product team, and help us scale our AI-powered B2C, B2B, and internal tools while staying close to the user.

What you’ll do:

• Define and lead the company’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap with a strong AI-first approach
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product team
• Drive execution across multiple domains: AI-powered B2C experiences, B2B platforms, and internal optimization tools
• Collaborate closely with leadership, engineering, design, ops, sales, and CS
• Define, track, and communicate KPIs to guide prioritization and measure impact
• Bring clarity, focus, and alignment in a fast-moving environment
• Represent the user internally and translate needs into actionable AI-driven product decisions
• Ensure fast iteration cycles with engineering and deliver high-quality, AI-enhanced products
  

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 in a leadership role
• Proven track record managing and scaling product teams
• Experience building AI-powered products in B2C and/or B2B2C environments – must
• Strong communicator with excellent collaboration skills (Hebrew + English)
• Hands-on, data-driven, and impact-oriented approach
• Experience in startups or high-growth product orgs – strong advantage
• Bonus: fintech / insurtech / AI tools background
